At PHYS.RUN, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our paid services and subscriptions.

2. Free Services

PHYS.RUN offers many features for free. No refunds are applicable to free services as no payment is involved.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund
  • After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered within the first 30 days on a case-by-case basis
  • After 30 days, refunds are generally not available

4. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (such as individual simulation packs or educational content):

  • Refund requests within 14 days may be eligible if the content has not been accessed
  • Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are generally not available
  • Technical issues preventing access will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 5 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • Your account has been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of abuse or fraud
  • The service has been substantially used
  • The request is outside the eligible refund window

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Purchases made before changes will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
